  9.          This little utility lets you pack all datafiles in CMS. This
  10.          means that all previously deleted records will be permanently
  11.          removed from all datafiles.
  12.  
  13.          IMPORTANT: Packing should be done regularly (weekly or
  14.                     monthly depending on your work load). This will
  15.                     keep CMS lean and quick.  Packing will
  16.                     automatically reindex all files.
  17.  
  18.          To pack CMS:
  19.  
  20.          A. Press <P> at the "Utilities" menu and then press <Enter>.
  21.  
  22.             The "Pack Confirmation" window will appear:
  23.  
  24.          =============================================================
  25.          | Packing removes all deleted records from all files.       |
  26.          |    Packing may take a substantial amount of time          |
  27.          | depending on the speed of your computer.   Continue? [y/N]|
  28.          =============================================================
  29.  
  30.             Note: Packing will not affect the information in your
  31.                   datafiles. It does not touch them at all.
  32.  
  33.             If you press <N> no packing will occur and you will be
  34.             returned to the "Utilities" menu.
  35.  
  36.          B. Press <Y> to begin packing.
  37.  
  38.             This will remove all deleted records from the datafiles
  39.             and update the index files as well.
  40.  
  41.          C. When done you will be returned to the "Utilities" menu.
